This upgrade includes all the changes from 1.2 and 1.1 and can be applied on all versions of game, regardless of language or version. Note to users of good old Windows 95: For Microsoft's new Direct Play to work, Winsock 2.0 is required to play V1.31 over the Internet or LAN. A free update can be downloaded from Microsoft's site.
